Information we process
We may process account and business details, customer details you enter, job notes, photos you upload for analysis, quotes, jobs, invoices, feedback, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, generate AI-assisted job analysis and quote drafts, create business documents, manage your workspace, send requested emails, provide subscriptions, support users, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
AI and job photos
Photos and related job information may be sent to the configured AI service when you request analysis. Do not upload information or images you do not have permission to use. AI output is assistance only and must be reviewed by the tradesperson.
Payments and service providers
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. KELVQO AI may also rely on hosting, database, email and AI providers to deliver the service. Those providers process information only as needed for their role.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect accounts and stored data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
